Nadeem Aziz, Chief Executive at Dover District Council has been appointed the Returning Officer and is  responsible for the election of the New Commissioner.  Nadeem and his team, led by Louise Cooke, at Dover District Council have years of experience running elections and also successfully run a pilot scheme for electronic counting
